UNITED KINGDOM – Lancaster Area Police have appealed to the public for information on the whereabouts of Phillip Smith, 50, who is wanted in connection with an investigation into the possession of indecent images of children.
Police said Smith is 5ft 10in tall and has connections to Lancaster and Morecambe.
The force has urged members of the public not to approach Smith if they see him, but instead to call 999.
Police are also asking anyone who may have previously seen Smith or has information that could assist the investigation to contact 101, quoting log 154 of 16 February.
The appeal was published by Lancaster Area Police as part of efforts to locate Smith and progress the investigation.
Anyone who sees Smith should not approach him and should call 999.
